40-DAY YOGA SADHANAS
PRIVATE CLASSES
Practice like the ancient yogis did.
Traditionally practiced, a yoga practice is specifically designed for you, respecting Ayurvedic constitution and goal of the student. It is practiced daily for a minimum of 40 days. You will receive a recording of the Sadhana for your home practice and weekly coaching sessions over a period of 6 weeks (40 days) to support your journey into a more balanced, resilient, luminous and vibrant You.
Based on the principles of Traditional Hatha yoga, we also offer yoga and mindfulness for the next generation with a playful approach.
Children will learn to handle emotions, establish a healthy connection to their bodies and will be given the tools to become mindful, conscious and joyful members of the collective.
What is Traditional Tantric Hatha Yoga?
Forget everything you heard about modern yoga.
Yoga is not about being flexible, getting in shape and looking good on IG. No fluffy voices and nice music and fun flows. Yoga is deep, inner, energetic work. Yoga is self-mastery.
We teach the original, ancient way of practicing this sacred system of movement, breathwork and meditation to move through the lower mind, the darker layers into higher consciousness. No shortcuts, simply looking at all of what we are and doing the work.
Thousands of years of time-tested science of self-mastery is providing us with techniques to overcome our obstacles, things that keep us from thriving in this world, to fulfil our Dharma (purpose) in life and enjoy every minute of the ride.
